I Love 'The Kite Runner' Poems

My favorite chapter activity was the poem. For this activity, we had to create a poem that symbolized The Kite Runner. My group's poem took about 2 days to write and edit and I had a lot of fun creating the poem with my best friends: Alex Park and Tania Tan. In our poem, we talk about Amir heading to Afghanistan and trying to bring Sohrab home. Amir finds out a whole lot of information like Hassan was his brother and had died. We also explained the journey Amir had to take to get where he was which was not pretty. Our chapter activities were a lot of fun to create and present and I can't wait for our next book to read.
