Me Before You

A book that I read this summer, was is Me Before You by Jojo Moyes. It is about a young women named Louisa Clarke and a young man named Will Traynor. Louisa "Lou" Clarke has just lost her job, so she is looking for a new job. She finds herself applying to take care of a quadriplegic, which is Will. Will got into a serious accident two years earlier. Lou finds out that Will's outlook on life isn't that bright, so she does everything she can to change that. As their bond deepens, their lives change in a way that none of them could have ever imagined.

I enjoyed reading this book, because I realized that life does have a meaning and that we should live life to the fullest. Even though we might be living in the darkest time right now, life does have a meaning and that we shouldn't regret living our life. As John Lennon said, "life is what happens when you're planning for the future."
